The Cronus ATS P-MINI 250S carries an MSRP of $499.99 and weighs 7.23 ounces, light enough to forget it is riding in your bino harness.
The sensor is a 256×192 core with 12μm pixel pitch and an NETD rating below 30mK at 25°C. That NETD figure is the one worth watching. It measures how small a temperature difference the sensor can actually register, and staying under 30mK is what separates a usable image from mush when you are picking a hog out of thick brush on a warm night or trying to separate a coyote from sun-warmed ground. Detection reaches 550 yards, with digital magnification from 1x to 4x.

Every menu runs through the touchscreen. No button cluster to memorize in the dark, though touch controls cut both ways once you are wearing gloves in January. Integrated Wi-Fi pairs the unit to Athlon’s phone app for live streaming, recording, and file transfer, and the 32GB of onboard storage lets you record without a phone tethered to it. Hotspot tracking flags the warmest object in the frame automatically.
Six hours of runtime comes off the internal battery, and USB-C charging means an external pack will keep it alive through an all-night sit. The IP66 rating covers dust intrusion and high-pressure water, and Athlon rates the housing fog-proof and shockproof. It sits at the entry point of the Cronus ATS monocular lineup, well below the 25P-250 and the larger Pro units.
