B&T USA (Brügger & Thomet) is a favorite brand for many TFB readers for their precision, quality, and incredibly cool firearms that they produce for both military and civilian sales across the globe. Now, they have announced that their USA facility in Utah has expanded for more employees, manufacturing, and output.

The B&T USA facility has seen a lot of growth over the past year. Reflecting back on December of 2025, they were a skeleton crew of only 3 employees and now that has grown to 55 staff members. Additionally, they have gone from just 2 industrial 3-D printers to 9 as well as a lone CNC machine to now having seven. Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident or overnight. This was slow, methodical, and planned expansion due to the demand that they have for their products.
With the growth in their staff, B&T USA now houses more customer service representatives, over 20 machinists, and built-out, dedicated teams for quality assurance, assembly, shipping and receiving, and more.

Final Thoughts
Controlled, sustained growth like we’re witnessing with B&T USA is wonderful because they are doing what is necessary; not “getting out beyond their skis,” so to speak. With these upgrades they’ve accomplished in Utah, we can expect product design and development, printing, machining, Cerakoting, engraving and shipping, all from a single location. Lastly, B&T USA is touting that they are now producing 7,000 suppressors per month! That alone is pretty rad.
