Evolution Ballistix Terminal Tray and Jig Lockrs Hit ICAST 2026
ICAST wrapped up in Orlando earlier this past month, and Evolution Outdoor rolled into Booth #4020 with three additions to its Ballistix storage line aimed squarely at terminal tackle and jig organization. The Ballistix 3.5 Terminal Tray, Ballistix Jig Lockr 3.6, and Ballistix Jig Lockr 3.7 all made their debut at the show.
The Ballistix 3.5 Terminal Tray tackles the mess that a terminal box turns into after a few trips. Rather than moveable dividers that slide and dump hooks into the wrong slot, the tray uses a fixed layout measured for specific hook and weight sizes, with drop-down ridges in the lid that close over the compartments to keep everything where it belongs. A single one-handed latch gets you in fast, and Evolution’s X-Rust Corrosion Inhibitor is built into the body to fight the rust that terminal tackle attracts.
The two Jig Lockrs use a silicone and foam ramp system instead of open compartments. Each jig seats with the hook up top and the head resting against the ramp, which keeps weed guards clear of the lid and stops baits from sliding around in transit.

Both Jig Lockrs are sized in the standard 3600 and 3700 footprints, so they drop into the tackle systems most anglers already run. Each one gets a clear polycarbonate lid for quick identification, reinforced corners, an oversized steel hinge, a waterproof gasket, and a labeled compression latch. That is a lot of hardware for a jig box under $35.
The Ballistix line has been leaning hard into rugged, sealed storage, and these three fit that pattern without inflating the price.
