Falco Holsters has announced the release of the A914 GBGuns IWB Holster, a tuckable hybrid concealed carry holster developed in collaboration with Graham Baates, a veteran with multiple combat deployments and professional firearms training courses, more than a decade of daily carry experience, and years of hands-on gear evaluation as a firearms journalist, including being the creator behind the YouTube channel GBGuns. Falco contributes its custom-fit manufacturing expertise and decades of experience working with premium leather, Kydex, and hybrid holster design.
“The development process gave me the opportunity to take what I’ve learned from years of carrying, training, and testing gear and apply it to a holster designed to solve the everyday carry challenges I’ve experienced… The A914 was refined over several months of daily use in both humid and dry conditions while carrying a full-size Grand Power K100 MK23. I’m excited that others will now have the opportunity to experience the benefits of these design choices,” said Graham Baates of GBGuns.
The A914 combines U.S. Kydex with premium Italian leather, pairing thermoplastic retention with the comfort of genuine hide. It is designed for hip carry in the 3 to 5 o'clock position. Its defining feature is the Griffin Wing, a leather extension running along the leading edge of the holster. The wing conforms to the body over time, adding flexibility during movement and distributing the firearm's weight across a wider section of the belt. Everyday carriers might find that the Griffin Wing helps relieve concentrated pressure points and any sagging that may occur when carrying a full-size pistol inside the waistband.
Retention is adjustable via a screw near the trigger guard, and a full sweat guard protects the firearm from body moisture and prevents direct contact with skin. The holster ships with an FBI cant and an open-bottom design that accommodates threaded barrels and allows debris to pass through the holster without becoming trapped.
Two polymer belt clips secure the holster to the belt, with one anchored to the Kydex shell and the other attached to the leather wing. Clips are available for 1.5", 1.75", and 2" belt widths and self-adjust to the correct cant once the holster is worn. The clip design allows a shirt to be tucked over the holster, making the A914 viable for both casual and professional dress.
