Episode 63 was filmed June 16th, flying Southwest from Las Vegas to Cleveland for GunCon 2026. First time through Cleveland’s airport, and the process held up just like everywhere else.
Check-In at LAS
Declared firearms. Condition 1 case inside a regular piece of luggage, same as usual. Agent asked about lithium ion batteries, electronics, e-cigarettes, and portable chargers — none. She added my information to the declaration form, I filled out the rest and signed the back, and put it in my FedEx sleeve.
She gave me my gate, B12, with boarding starting at 11:45, then told me to stand by the flagpole for about 15 minutes to see if TSA needed access. They didn’t, so I headed to my gate.
