[NRAAM 2026] FN Pureview – First Holographic Pistol Dot

By Eugene L.

FN America is changing things up in the pistol dot world at NRAAM 2026 with the new FN Pureview, the first holographic pistol dot to hit the market. This is a fully enclosed holographic dot that uses FN’s proprietary ImageGuide technology to create the holographic projection on a single flat pane of glass. The flat glass of the FN design eliminates optical distortion in the pistol dot that can occur in other pistol dots due to curved lenses. The reticle of the FN Pureview is a 3 MOA red dot that is parallel to your line of sight. That way, you have a parallax-free optic with more light transmission. Battery life with a single CR2032 is to be 800 hours of continuous use and up to 1 year of intermittent use in battery saving mode. The dot will have 14 different brightness settings, including 3 night vision and 3 ultra-bright options, along with auto-brightness adjustment by the dot. All this together results in a durable pistol dot that has an ultra-clear sight picture, which can keep working even if the glass is cracked.
