The NT7 SBR is their answer to the H&K MP7, the legendary submachine gun that is everyone’s favorite but completely unobtanium. In this Photo Of The Day, we’re taking a closer look at what’s going on.
To begin with, this is not a 9mm; the NT7 is chambered in 4.6x30mm, as anything else would have been unacceptable.
I’m sure most NT7s will spend their operational life suppressed, and it needs to function equally well whether running hot or swimming in subsonic silence. The adjustable gas block should help users to find a setting to make their gun cycle. I’ve seen some really nice suppressors for the MP7 made by A-Tec in Norway, as the Norwegian military and SF use it.

At the moment, we don’t know if the NT7 has a rotating bolt or blowback system.
The NT7 has ambidextrous controls, a three-position stock, and a two-position foregrip. It’s made in Dallas and represents the closest civilian equivalent to one of the world's most respected close-quarters weapons systems. The question remains: how they will work and if you’ll buy one? The SBR version is $3,798.00, which is the only sensible choice, and the pistol is a little less.
