What happens when a suppressor company designs a rifle? That’s what this Photo Of The Day will find out for you, at least in terms of teasing images. According to AAC Suppressors, this is their upcoming MPW-SD model, although I’m sure it will be a little more refined at its full release.
POTD: The MPW-SD By AAC Suppressors
Advanced Armament Company has spent decades mastering sound suppression, and I built my own Honey Badger around their recommendations. The MPW platform's return, available across (at least) six configurations in .300 Blackout and 5.56 NATO, reads like a manifesto written by suppressor engineers who finally got to build the gun. Every gas port seems to be tuned for its barrel length and intended mission. The subsonic .300 Blackout gets a pistol gas system optimized for that subsonic sweet spot, and so on.
I came looking for a dragon spitting 9mm subsonics, but I guess a 300 Blackout will do as well.
