At CANCON West 2026, @BallisticAviation talks with Shawn of Polite Society Industries about the company’s line of 3D-printed suppressors. A group of industry veterans founded the Tampa, Florida, company in 2026. Its pitch is simple: the $200 federal tax stamp on suppressors went to $0 on January 1, 2026, and buyers should see the savings.
PSI prints its suppressors with laser powder bed fusion from Grade 5 titanium or Inconel 625. The launch lineup includes the Temperance rated for .22 LR, .22 Magnum, 5.7x28, and bolt-action .223. The Fortitude 5.56 in titanium (6.4 oz) or Inconel (11.5 oz), with HUB threads and an integrated flash hider. The Verdict: 7.62 in titanium (8.33 oz) or Inconel (15.4 oz).
And finally, the Huckleberry: a 6.5-inch, 8.6-ounce titanium multi-caliber can with swappable endcaps covering .22 LR through .300 Win Mag.
Every model is backed by PSI’s “Guarantee”: if a part breaks under normal use, the company will repair it, replace it, or refund the buyer.
