Quality American rod builders, St. Croix, are back with the new modernized St. Croix Triumph Surf Series Rods. This is an angler-driven modernization of the legacy St. Croix Triumph Surf Rods that anglers have used and enjoyed in the past. The Triumph Surf series of rods consists of seven spinning rod models, ranging from 7’ to 11’ in length with a power range of medium to medium-heavy for launching lures and bait rigs between 5/8 oz on up to 8 oz. These rods are all built on durable and responsive Granite Metallic color SCII carbon fiber blanks, which feature a clean and stealthy look. These blanks are further strengthened with FRS tech and ART at the rod ferrule on each rod’s 70/30 split, except for the 1-piece 7′ & 8′ rods. For the guides, the St. Croix Triumph Surf Series rods feature stainless-steel/aluminum oxide K-style guides for tangle-free performance that will hold up to the surf. The handles and foregrips use all-new  X-Flock shrink tubing placed directly over the blank for maximum tactile response, with premium EVA accents book-ending the new, angler-preferred NPS low-profile reel seat.
